    Thank you for visiting the Arcadia Bell pages!  The site you have just jumped from is a hobby which is now turning into a commercially viable project.  The success of the site has been so great that we are now working on the Arcadia Bell Sales site from which rolling papers, rolling machines and other smoking paraphernalia can be purchased online or other means.

    Rolling papers will be the main core activity of Arcadia Bell.  This will include personalised, custom made papers, and all other papers not commonly found at your local tobacconist or headshop -  this will include corn papers from Brazil, hand-made hemp papers and specaility papers.   To supplement this activity, we will offer a large range of rolling machines and other related items.
     
    Arcadia Bell is an affilliate of Scrolley Tips and is the European importer and distributor for this product. 

    As a result of the many contacts which the web site has picked up since it was started in 1997, we are able to offer free advice on the manufacture and supply of rolling papers so please contact us should you have any queries.   Please refer to the guestbook and view  the comments made by many satisfied people.

    Arcadia Bell has been active on web page design for over three years and has designed sites for both individuals and commercial organisations, especially in the area of graphics and animated graphics.   We have also produced leaflets, brochures and posters for local council, local churches and  educational institutions.

    WHO IS ARCADIA BELL?


    Arcadia Bell is run by Kevin Browne LRSC, MIQA.  whose background is in Analytical Chemistry and Quality Management.  He diverted his attentions towards Information Technology and computer programming seven years ago whilst still maintaining strong links to his former areas of expertise. 
    Kevin is a member of British Mensa and his interests include archaeology - neolithic,  the Middle Ages, Arthurian legends and recreational mathematics.
